1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using InfoKiosk software and related services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Nola FZCO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use InfoKiosk software in accordance with the documentation provided.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the software to third parties
- Use the software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
4. Support and Updates
Licensed users are entitled to technical support and software updates for the duration specified in their license agreement. Support is provided during business hours via email and phone.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nola FZCO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
